Oliver Tree Nickell was a singer, character, and chaos engine who spent a decade convincing the internet that a bowl cut and a tiny scooter were the most serious things in the world. They were. On 14 June 2026, he was killed in a helicopter mid-air collision over Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro, while on his The World's First World Tour. He was 32.
